Bio-essence reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Bio-essence has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way.

Once an order is placed, we will dispatch it within 24 - 48 working hours from confirmation of your orders. Once the order has been dispatched it will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.
In case of international orders, we regret to inform that we will not be able to ship international orders, however we will refund the money back to your account.
Order deliveries will be made by a third party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30am - 7:00pm from Monday to Saturday.
In case of any disruptions affecting transportation and shipping, it may take longer than 7 working days to dispatch the order.

All damaged or defective item claims must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
